Entry fees and monthly fees are subject to change as the cost of providing services changes due to inflation or other factors. The entry fee serves many community purposes, some of which include: initial construction, retirement of long-term debt, repair and replacement funding, as well as an amount applied to insure the life care commitment to residents as described in the Resident Continuing Care Agreement. The monthly fee is set each year to cover the levels of programs and services provided on a daily basis throughout the Foxdale community. Square footage as shown above is based on outside construction dimensions and not interior living area.
