Foxdale Fee Schedule
At Foxdale Village, we have an entry fee and a monthly fee, which allows you access to an array of services and amenities.
Most notably, as a continuing care retirement community, we offer our residents quality, lifetime health care services, including an on-site Health Office, personal care and nursing care. We call this a continuum of care. If your level of care changes, we can accommodate you. This inclusive program will give you peace of mind that your future needs have been well planned. This continuum of care is included as part of your entry fee and monthly fee.
Foxdale Village is very affordable. Our entry fees range from $72,500 to $250,500. Our monthly fees range from $2,163 to $3,918.
