The film focuses on two sisters training for Syria’s Olympic swimming team as their country is descending into war. But, in 2015, they are forced to flee as refugees. While crossing the Agean Sea with others in an overloaded dinghy, the engine stops. The sisters, along with two others, saved the lives of the people on board by swimming along side. Eventually landing in Berlin, one of the sisters continues to train for the 2016 Olympics, hoping to represent Syria, Her sister becomes involved in helping other refugees. (2 hrs. 26 min., PG-13)
